Manhattan Group Stay | Private Yard + Theater Room

We really enjoyed our stay in Harlem! The property felt secure, was very clean, and the mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had all the basic necessities, although if you’re looking for things like plastic wrap, salt, or pepper, you’ll want to bring your own.The outdoor space was clutch—comfortable, cute, and a great place for the five of us to gather, especially since there isn’t really a common gathering space inside the unit. Romy was also quick and responsive whenever we had a question.The five college roommates would definitely stay here again!One small safety note: If you’re staying while other units are being cleaned, please watch your step when leaving. The bulkhead door was open, and one of us almost took a very long fall!

Very organized and clean! Everything was wonderful, host was very helpful and considerate of anything we needed help with! Neighborhood is quiet and calm. 10/10 would come back again.

This was a place I would rent again if the price remains similar or a little lower. For NYC hard to beat what we got. The unit was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The host was great at communication and responsive. Loved the gate code, door code, and secure entry to add to safety. I was nervous seeing how many rodent traps were near the outside of building but o couldn’t see any concerns within. I understand it’s NYC but hope this remains a focus for the owner to ensure unit remains pest free. Just a suggestion but if the owner included a pamphlet or instructional link on transportation or train instructions to city hot spots, that would take it over the top for out of town guest. Just a suggestion to elevate experience. My kids loved the unit. Parking was a pain but again, it’s NYC. I would look into staying here again if I was back in the area. I’m curious what other properties this host has because it is well managed and gives attention to detail and customer experience.
